What we actually know vs what's guessed
Nothing about GTA 6's vehicle list is official beyond what appears on-screen in Trailer 1 (5 December 2023) and Trailer 2 (6 May 2025). Everything below is sourced from frame-by-frame trailer breakdowns done by the community, not a Rockstar press release with a spec sheet. Treat model names as best-guess identifications based on GTA's long-running naming conventions, not confirmed in-game text.
Cars confirmed in Trailer 1
- Declasse Tulip M-100 — the magenta muscle car Lucia is seen driving, styled after a late-70s/early-80s Chevrolet Malibu.
- Grotti Cheetah — a white supercar modelled on a Ferrari Testarossa, a clear Miami Vice nod.
- Grotti Carbonizzare — identifiable by its angular tail lights and rear window shape.
- Pfister Comet — the returning sports car, redesigned around the current-generation Porsche 911, including a convertible variant.
- Bravado Gauntlet Hellfire — a modern muscle car glimpsed in traffic.
- Vapid Sabre Turbo — based on an Oldsmobile 442/Buick GSX silhouette.
Cars and bikes confirmed in Trailer 2
- Declasse Tulip — returns as the car Jason and Lucia ride off in during the trailer's closing shot.
- Enus Windsor Drop — a Rolls-Royce Ghost-style convertible, signalling Vice City's luxury side.
- Pegassi Tempesta — a Lamborghini Huracán-style supercar.
- Maibatsu Penumbra — a two-door coupe inspired by the Mitsubishi Eclipse.
- Bravado Bison — a heavy-duty pickup based on the Dodge Ram Quad Cab.
- Granger 3600LX — a new SUV modelled on the Chevrolet Suburban.
- Coquette — a hardtop variant based on the Corvette C7.
- Vapid Caracara 4x4 — an off-road truck styled after the Ford F-150 Raptor.
- Liberty City Cycles Avarus — a cruiser-style chopper.
- Maibatsu Sanchez — the series' dirt bike, confirmed for off-road and swamp terrain.
Boats and other vehicles
Trailer 2 also shows heavy-duty trucks, vans, buses, and a swamp/airboat used for hunting alligators in the Everglades-style Grassrivers region. Rockstar hasn't named these models, but the presence of a dedicated swamp boat confirms water and marshland traversal is a real gameplay pillar, not just scenery.
Why the vehicle count matters this time
GTA 6's map, Leonida, is built from multiple biomes rather than one city — Vice City proper, the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers wetlands, Mount Kalaga, and rural stretches like Port Gellhorn. Each biome needs vehicles suited to it: swamp boats for Grassrivers, 4x4s for Mount Kalaga's mountains, cruisers for the Keys. That's the main reason the vehicle roster is expected to be bigger and more varied than GTA 5's at launch, even before GTA Online-style post-launch additions.
How to keep track as more trailers drop
- Watch official Rockstar Newswire posts and the Rockstar Games YouTube channel — that's the only fully reliable source.
- Cross-check community breakdowns against the actual trailer footage rather than trusting a list at face value.
- Remember that vehicles shown in a cinematic trailer aren't guaranteed to handle, spawn, or look identical in the final game.
- Expect the in-game vehicle list to expand significantly after launch, the way GTA Online's did for GTA 5 over more than a decade.
